The Sit & Fly 2 is the new version of the string harness from Dudek. Weighing only 218 g in size M, it combines lightness, comfort and a redesigned construction for all your mountain adventures. It comes supplied with Edelrid Aura 16kN carabiners.

The Sit & Fly Dudek paragliding harness is designed for pilots looking for lightweight, compact and high-performance equipment, perfectly suited for hike & fly. This new version goes even further with the integration of Nitinol rods, offering an excellent balance between strength and weight savings. Ideal for mountain outings, it makes transport easier while ensuring enhanced durability over time.
More comfortable than the previous version, the Sit&Fly 2 features targeted improvements to suit different body types. Thigh protections have been extended on larger sizes to provide better support, especially for pilots with longer legs. Additional lumbar adjustment straps also allow for a precise fit, ensuring optimal comfort even during longer flights.
Compatible with a 90 or 110 kg front-mounted reserve, specifically designed for this model, the harness enhances safety without compromising its lightness (around 100 g). Its leg-strap design provides great freedom of movement and a simple, efficient use. It is suitable for both progressing pilots and hike & fly enthusiasts looking for reliable and minimalist equipment.
