THE COURSE TO BECOME AS AUTONOMOUS AS POSSIBLE IN PARAGLIDING
Whether you’ve just completed an initiation course or have already taken another type of training, this Progression Course is made for you!
Supervised by our experienced instructors, you’ll develop more precise piloting skills and strengthen your fundamentals to fly with greater ease and independence. Step by step, you’ll learn to better understand aerological conditions, refine your flight paths, and gain confidence during takeoffs and landings.
All this takes place at the exceptional Saint-Hilaire-du-Touvet site, the perfect playground to progress calmly in a stunning natural setting.
TECHNICAL OBJECTIVES AND KNOWLEDGE
The goal of this course is simple: to make you a more confident and autonomous pilot.
Here are in detail the skills that your paragliding training will help you develop:

WHAT IS THE PROGRAM OF THE COURSE?
The Progression Course combines theory lessons and practical sessions to help you progress quickly and effectively.
Throughout the week, you will alternate between:
- Repeated takeoffs and landings on sites carefully selected according to weather conditions
- Technical exercises in flight and on the ground to refine your movements and reflexes
- Personalized video debriefings to analyze your flights and correct your movements in detail

OUR PHILOSOPHY AIR ET AVENTURE
In this Independence paragliding course, our goal is to guide you step by step towards independence by providing the necessary technical and theoretical knowledge for regular and safe progression. We believe that progression in paragliding comes through repetition, and this course focuses on flight volume and exercises to allow you to fly safely.
And because paragliding is first and foremost a pleasure and should remain so, we make sure to always listen to you. Our instructors guide you pedagogically and answer all your questions.
A PARAGLIDING COURSE IN THE ALPS AT SAINT-HILAIRE DU TOUVET IN ISÈRE
This is the main site we use, located just a few steps from the city of Grenoble, on the edge of the Chartreuse, facing Belledonne and close to the Vercors.
This site is perfectly suited for this type of course. With large take-off areas in the village of Saint-Hilaire du Touvet and a vast landing field in Lumbin, the setting is ideal for both beginners and the most experienced paragliders.
