Every paragliding course is different, depending on the level of the students and the weather conditions. That's why the information you'll find below concerns only the beginner's courses, whose structure remains more or less the same from one course to the next.
At Air et Aventure Académie, the introductory course runs as follows:
Day 1 :
- Welcome and introduction of students
- Taking of licenses
- Presentation of equipment
- School slope (piloting the wing on the ground)
- Theory lesson
Day 2 :
- School slope and first short flight
- Flight plan theory lesson.
From day 3 :
Depending on the level and desires of the students and the conditions, a first long flight can be envisaged. From then on, the days will be punctuated by flight sessions, ground/school slope inflation and theory lessons.
