A paragliding flight for the bride or groom
For the future bride or groom, the plan is simple:
An introductory tandem paragliding flight, lasting between 10 and 20 minutes, depending on the weather conditions of the day.
A smooth and gentle flight or a thrill ride to blow their mind? It’s up to you to decide how we should "take care" of your friend… or your victim of the day!
At Air et Aventure, we cater to all preferences – whether it's a calm, scenic flight or a completely crazy moment to share with friends!
A friendly moment for friends and guests
While the lucky one is soaring through the skies, their companions will be well taken care of!
Our partner restaurant L'Aterro will welcome you for a friendly and relaxing moment.
On the menu: a delicious sharing platter and two pitchers of sangria to keep the festive spirit alive! 🍷🧀
Comfortably seated on the terrace, you’ll have a perfect view of your loved one’s flight without even leaving your chair, as the restaurant is located right next to the landing zone. Great view, good vibes, and a drink in hand — what more could you ask for?

To ensure your experience takes place under the best possible conditions, please carefully read the information below:
- Meeting time and location
We kindly ask you to arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your flight.
This allows us to keep the rotation schedule running smoothly and to welcome you under the best possible conditions.
📍Meeting point: Air et Aventure shop, 283 chemin des Longs Prés, 38660 Lumbin.
- How to dress for your paragliding flight?
Paragliding is a gentle activity, but it takes place outdoors and at altitude. Please make sure to bring:
• Sports shoes, preferably high-top
• Sunglasses, securely fitted (strap recommended)
• A sweater or fleece, even in summer
• A windproof jacket
• From May to October, please bring a warm jacket
WHAT IS THE PROGRAM OF THE COURSE?
- The meeting point is at our premises located at the Lumbin landing area, at 283 chemin des Longs Prés.
- We will take you by shuttle to the Saint-Hil' takeoff site.
- During the ascent, our instructors will take care of explaining how the flight will take place.
- At the takeoff area, your instructor prepares the equipment and gives you the final instructions.
- Time for the magical moment! After a short run, you feel the paraglider lift you up. You leave the ground… the flight begins!
- Once in the air, enjoy the scenery, let yourself be carried along… and depending on the package, take the controls or experience a few thrilling sensations.
- The flight ends with a smooth landing. Take a moment to recover from the emotions, and collect your photos or videos if you selected the option.
