The NEO 30 mm Ratchet Kit improves the performance of your speed bar system by reducing the effort required to press the speed bar. Thanks to its 30 mm Ratchet pulleys, it makes it easier to maintain acceleration and provides smoother control during long glides.
The kit includes 2 x 30 mm Ratchet pulleys, 2 pre-cut 5 mm Edelrid lines and 2 removable stainless steel split hooks for quick and easy installation on your harness.

The AutoRatchet pulley kit has been designed to improve the performance of your paragliding speed system. Thanks to its automatic ratchet mechanism and 5 mm Edelrid lines, it reduces the pressure required on the speed bar, makes it easier to maintain acceleration and provides greater precision during transitions.
The reduced effort required also makes it easier to apply even pressure with both legs. This greatly improves the symmetry of the speed bar, resulting in smoother, more consistent and more comfortable acceleration in flight.
Allen Brothers AutoRatchet pulleys feature an internal ratchet mechanism that automatically engages and disengages once a specific load level is reached. Under load, the system provides better speed bar support while reducing the effort required to keep the bar fully depressed. As the load decreases, the pulley returns to free rotation, allowing the speed system to be released quickly and naturally.
This AutoRatchet Tii-On version has been specifically developed for low-load applications where lightweight equipment is essential. The pulleys are manufactured in England and feature a 45 mm sheave.
The pulleys can be connected to the harness using Dyneema textile connectors, sheathed lines or unsheathed lines. During installation, it is essential to respect the mounting direction: the arrow must point towards the speed bar, not towards the wing.
The kit includes two 5 mm Edelrid PES Cord speed system lines, pre-prepared for easy installation. Their abrasion-resistant sheath improves durability, while their low stretch ensures precise and efficient force transmission to the speed system.
Manufactured in Germany, these lines are certified bluesign®, ensuring a more environmentally responsible production process with reduced environmental impact.
The kit also includes two stainless steel Brummel split hooks, selected for their strength and durability. Their narrow opening helps reduce the risk of accidental disconnection during use.
The eyelet size is specifically designed for 5 mm lines. The lines are prepared and stripped at the hook attachment point to prevent twisting or wrapping around the Brummel hook. The hooks are fully removable thanks to their lark's head attachment, making replacement or removal quick and easy.
