Charly Vitesse: The helmet for Hike & Fly

The Vitesse Charly helmet is an extremely lightweight Hike & Fly paragliding helmet that can be fitted with a visor. It is available in 3 helmet shell sizes. It also features replaceable inlays and integrated headband adjustment. These enable precise adaptation to a wide variety of head shapes and sizes, while keeping helmet dimensions as small as possible. Thanks to the special inserts available as accessories, even sizes XS and XXXL can be covered.

Features of the Charly Vitesse helmet

The helmet and visor are certified to the latest EN966 standard for air sports helmets. It is extremely comfortable to wear thanks to its remarkably lightweight inmold construction. The helmet also includes pressure-free, removable and washable ear pads, as well as a breathable fabric inlay.

The helmet is nonetheless robust. It offers good forehead protection, without limiting the field of vision. All sizes can be fitted with a visor and goggle holder .

Visor features (optional)

The Vitesse helmet visor reduces air resistance and protects the eyes. Its wide field of vision, high optical quality without distortion and 100% UV protection (UVA + UVB) make it an indispensable accessory. It has an anti-reflective, anti-scratch coating on the outside and an anti-fog coating on the inside.

It is infinitely adjustable and features a hermetic seal on the top edge. Installation and removal are quick and easy. What's more, it's a very safe piece of equipment, virtually unbreakable thanks to its flexible, elastic design and weighing just 34 grams. The visor is ideal for spectacle wearers.

Available in 3 colors: tinted gray, tinted brown, mirror.

The clear tint (category 1 filter) ensures good vision even in low-light conditions. Visors fit all helmet sizes.
