With its new profile and rearward A-line positioning, the DOUBLESKIN 2 offers excellent resistance to collapses. Its 4.9 aspect ratio and reinforced internal structure (with more diagonal ribs and vector bands) ensure efficient glide and high stability, even when accelerated. This compact wing handles turbulent air with ease. Its natural agility allows you to turn effortlessly in small thermals. In unstable air, its high damping prevents unwanted rolling and maintains a smooth flight path.
The 7 mm Kevlar risers are stiff and twist-resistant, making take-off preparation easy, even in challenging alpine environments. The short, sheathed and color-coded lines increase durability and simplify sorting. Whether you're learning or an experienced pilot, the DOUBLESKIN 2 adapts to your style. Its take-off behavior is predictable and smooth in a wide variety of conditions and techniques.
Designed for Hike & Fly, bivouac flying and mountaineering, the DOUBLESKIN 2 incorporates the most advanced Ultra-Light technologies without compromising safety. Its revised design includes more cells and a more complex structure for improved precision, performance and stability. Maillons have replaced soft links to simplify handling during trimming checks or line changes.
Note: These technical improvements add about 250 g compared to the first version.
The DOUBLESKIN 2 (EN/LTF A) is ideal for pilots who want an ultra-light, simple and confidence-inspiring wing with a minimal packing volume. Suitable for training, it enables safe progression while offering real flying fun from the start. Its preferred playground is Hike & Fly, but it can also be used for relaxed thermal flights depending on wing loading.
In size 16 and at higher loading, it transforms into a lively, ultra-light mini-wing, certified EN B in the extended weight range of 80 to 95 kg.
