Niviuk 's Expe Race is a rucksack designed specifically for the X-Alps, Europe's most prestigious walking and flying competition. It is the fruit of many hours of race and hiking tests with Tanguy Renaud-Goud. Its light, compact profile makes it the ideal bag for Hike & Fly practice, and it can be adapted to light gliders or gliders designed for this kind of competition, such as the Klimber 2 P.
The Expe Race is designed with waterproof materials to cope with any unforeseen weather conditions. The zippers are also waterproof to prevent your wing and harness from getting wet. What's more, this rucksack is both compact and comfortable. Once closed, it won't move around on your back when you're racing, causing no discomfort whatsoever. The waist belt provides excellent support. Its size can also be adjusted to suit your needs.
During Hike & Fly competitions, it's essential to carry small items of equipment to cover all eventualities. The Expe Race makes this possible with its functional, optimized storage system. First of all, it features large side pockets. No need to stop to grab your gear. It also includes a top pocket on the back of the bag. Last but not least, Lycra pockets on the waistbelt and on the sides hold cereal bars and Camelbak.
The Expe Race integrates a wide range of features and accessories for your gear. These include Velcro shoulder straps for GPS or phone, and Lycra shoulder pockets for soft bottles. In addition, it features adjustable hooks for attaching climbing gear, as well as ice-axe attachments.
