The Eco Helmet by Icaro is an EN 966 certified model, specially designed for paragliding and aerial sports. It provides excellent shock protection while remaining very light (600 g) and comfortable to wear. Its open “jet” design ensures good airflow, and the removable ear pads adapt thermal comfort to the season.
Compatible with separately sold Icaro visors, the Eco free-flight helmet can be equipped with a polycarbonate visor (anti-scratch, anti-fog) to improve wind protection and expand the field of view.

The Italian design of the Eco helmet is the result of a collaboration between Ignazio Bernardi and Felice Manzoni, a leading name in helmet design. The result: an elegant, discreet, and modern helmet, 100% tailored to the needs of free flight.
For comfort, the helmet features a Shalimar fabric inner lining, soft and breathable, which can be easily removed and washed. With its adjustable straps and micrometric buckle, the fit is both precise and comfortable. Sizes are adjusted using different thicknesses of inner padding (from S to XL) to suit all head shapes.
The Eco helmet combines an ABS outer shell and an EPS polystyrene inner shell, offering excellent impact absorption. This dual system ensures progressive energy dissipation for improved head protection.
EN 966 certified, it meets European standards for aerial sports (paragliding, microlight, hang gliding). Its low profile, padded ear covers, and wrap-around design enhance stability and in-flight safety without adding unnecessary weight.
