The Gin Elise is a lightweight and compact EN A wing, specially designed for beginner pilots coming out of flight school as well as for occasional pilots. With the Gin Elise wing, inflation and takeoff are exceptionally easy, even in variable conditions. Its dampened behavior allows for quick stabilization on all axes, reducing stress during launch. This ease makes every takeoff a pleasant moment, especially for those still learning.
Once in the air, the Gin Elise continues to deliver a reassuring feel without ever becoming dull. Its agile and responsive handling provides true flying pleasure, especially in thermal conditions where it truly excels. The wing naturally leads you into the best lift zones while offering precise response to every input. Its high passive safety lets pilots progress confidently and fully enjoy each flight.
The Gin Elise has been carefully designed to reduce both its weight and packed volume. Thanks to the use of nitinol rods in the leading edge, the wing folds down very compactly. Its internal structure and line plan have also been optimized to minimize weight without sacrificing flight performance. The result: a wing that’s easy to carry and handle!
Certified with a weight range from 55 kg to 115 kg depending on the size, the Elise offers great flexibility of use. Flying in the middle of the range gives less experienced pilots a safe and easy wing with excellent climbing ability. At higher loadings, the wing allows you to carry extra gear or enjoy more dynamic flying, all while maintaining excellent safety.
